Today I continued work on two of my tools. Using gold paint I highlighted the sigils on the dagger’s sheath, and did the same in silver to the pentacle’s box.

I then added a few layers of gloss varnish to the wood box to give it a nice final finish. I’m fairly pleased with the final results of both. I’ve also begun work on assembling what I need to fashion the headpiece to my Fire wand.

My friend Wimsaur has inspired me, and I plan to create it out of orgonite, using some special/personal touches of my own. Not sure yet if my new line on the wood I’d like to use for the handle will come through, but I’m optimistic.
William Blake Lodge is hosting their annual “Massapalooza” event, so a number of Thelemites will be in town for it this weekend. My wife has decided we’re hosting a ritual on Saturday and inviting a number of friends to stay the night, including Wimsaur, Frater Superabo, and another friend Jack ‘o the Green.
I’m just participating, the ritual is Wimsaur’s (some chaos magick sigil/mantra thing of his that sounds interesting) but additionally I plan to have us do a long spirit sessions with the assistance of the Ghostradar and Echovox apps to show the ones new to it what we’ve been able to do with it.
