Refreshing Start

There’s not really a ton to say about this week, other than things all seem to be working out in tiny incremental, but generally successful ways… While I do feel like IRead More…

Just Adjusting to Adjusting

So we barely took our foot off the gas as we came screeching around the corner of October and came peeling into the month of November. 2019 will be gone faster thanRead More…

Hard to Harden a Heavy Heart

‘ve started to define this effect as “nothing is manifesting at its stated intended time”. If feels like the Universe’s gears are slipping and nothing is “clicking” like it should… though I am getting a few random twinges of deja vu here and there this week, and I usually interpret that as a True Will path. And so, even if this week was filled with its fair share of disheartening moments, I’ve decided to open myself up to the possibility at least some of it will one day wind up as something even better down the line…

Progression Towards Progressing Progress (Progressively)…

This week I was also pleased to be invited to GM a game at the RPG Baltimore gaming convention being held next weekend. I’ve been teasing Jenny about running a session for her concerning her character’s initiation into the Cult of the Spire, and so the one-shot I’m putting together will play through that very scenario, but with the help of other thinking players driving it (which will feel way more authentic for what that stuff is all about).

Dark Moon Now… Dark Moon Soon…

We’ll actually see two New Moons before this month is out, and today even boasted a solar eclipse (albeit in South America). This month of darkness promises the chance to hit the reset button on everything… which isn’t necessarily a good thing… but perhaps a necessary one.

Keep Thy Shields UP!

At the risk of sounding dramatic… something ill is in the air. I don’t know what it is, but I’ve noticed a downward trend of attitudes among a number of different people,Read More…
