I’ve had a lot on my mind lately, and feel like I’ve got a number of things that require my focus, particularly the background info for this page I still need to do my write ups on.

Since I don’t have much to share on that account, instead below are my initial picks (based on an initial discussion with Wimsaur) for how I’d do the Major Arcana and face cards of a Star Wars themed Tarot deck.
Surprisingly, no one has seemed to have licensed such a deck… not that I’m in any position to pursue such a thing (this is just for fun).
- The Fool – Jar-Jar Binks or Young Anakin Skywalker
- The Magician – Luke as Jedi (with an unassembled lightsaber)
- The High Priestess – Princess Amidala (in her red getup)
- The Empress – Princess Leia Organa (in white)
- The Emperor – Palpatine
- The Hierophant – Yoda
- The Lovers – Han & Leia (accompanied by C3P0 & R2D2)
- The Chariot – The Millennium Falcon or a Tauntaun rider (pod-racers were a distant third)
- Strength – Chewbacca
- The Hermit – Obi-Wan Kenobi
- Wheel of Fortune (Millennium Falcon in the asteroid field, with space worm & tie fighters, and the Latin phrase NUNQUAM ME PERICULO).
- Justice – Darth Vader holding the Emperor overhead above the Abyss
- The Hanged Man – Han in carbonite or Luke upside down in the wampa’s ice cave
- Death – Luke as Vader (in the Dagobah cave)
- Temperance – He Who Brings Balance to the Force
- The Devil – Jabba the Hutt with Slave Leia and tentacle-girl in chains &/or Han in carbonite
- The Tower – The Death Star destroying Alderon
- The Star – The Death Star &/or a Star Destroyer
- The Moon – The Death Star II (crescent shape) with the Falcon approaching (so when you draw this card you can always yell “that’s no Moon, it’s a space station!”)
- The Sun – The Death Star exploding with an X-Wing and the Falcon flying off
- Judgment – The Fall of the Jedi/Order 66
- The World – The Force
- King of Swords – Admiral Akbar or Grand Moff Tarkin
- King of Cups – Lando Calrissian
- King of Wands – Darth Vader
- King of Pentacles – Han Solo
- Queen of Swords – Mon Mothma
- Queen of Cups – Aunt Baru
- Queen of Wands – Rey
- Queen of Pentacles – Shmi Skywalker or Aurora Sing
- Knight of Swords – Qui-Gon Jinn
- Knight of Cups – Mace Windu
- Knight of Wands – Darth Maul

- Page of Swords – R2D2 (with Luke’s hidden lightsaber)
